Connie Jones, M.A., LPC

Connie received her Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science and a Master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Georgia.

She is the Lead Therapist for the Griffin Judicial Circuit Felony Drug Court Program, and she provides counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups who are dealing with:

  • Substance Abuse
  • Depression
  • Anxiety disorders/OCD
  • Eating disorders
  • Trauma
  • Self-esteem
  • Marital and family conflicts
  • Spirituality issues

She utilizes an integrated and holistic approach to therapy focusing on achieving health in mind, body, and spirit. She has professional experience as a fitness director, personal trainer, and collegiate strength and conditioning coach, and she is trained and experienced in providing:

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
  • Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Inner Child Work
  • Christian Counseling including Theophostic and Healing Prayer
  • Substance Abuse Assessments to private and court-mandated clients

Connie is passionate about helping people learn to live life from fullness instead of emptiness and experience healing for their wounded hearts.

Connie is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (#APC002402) and is under the direction of Patricia Mowry, LPC.
